Ivana Šrámkova

*1960 Czech Republic

Sramkova is one of most successful artists to come of age during the early 90s. She specialises in cast and molten glass sculptures of people, animals and still life. Her unique style is based around stacking pieces of glass to create monumental sculptures and she often uses paint to add a touch of humour. Her work is light-hearted and fun. Sramkova has won major commissions in the Czech Republic.
